There is a lot planned for the month of December, leading up to Christmas!
Starting with our season Kick-off – “Greening Party” and potluck. There will be some Christmas crafting, decorating the Christmas tree, and a potluck meal. Sunday, Dec. 2, 3:30-6:30 pm. For more info and to RSVP, contact Cristina at 408/972-9200 or cristinab@newcreationchurch-sj.org

Advent & Christmas Worship

Dec 21 at 7 pm – From Darkness to Light – an Advent Solstice Prayer Service
A quiet and contemplative break from the holiday rush. We will move from winter darkness to new light with the Star of Jesus lighting our way.

Dec 24 – Christmas Eve

5 pm – a fun Family Service
9 pm – Candlelight communion service

Dec 25 – 10:30 am – Christmas Day service with Christmas carols

We are a small community of about 70 people. Attendance varies at our services, depending on the month, the weather, and/or the occasion. We have people of all ages and backgrounds. While many of us identify ourselves as Lutherans, many also come from other faith communities, some consider themselves agnostic, and some are still discovering (or undecided).
